Visiting orphanages

Pack for a Purpose does not condone visiting orphanages, as this can often lead to negative impacts on children. The accommodation or tour company working with the orphanage will deliver the supplies in a coordinated and respectful way so that the children can benefit from them. Your generosity is not diminished because you do not interact with the children.

Project Description

Premier Vocational Institute was founded by Andrew Banyenzaki who was brought up on the boundary of Kibale National Park. Andrew is well versed with the challenges faced by people living in the area. One major problem is a lack of educational opportunities for young people in the area. To change this outcome, Premier Vocational Institute offers Skills Training Education to approximately 140 less privileged children.
